Lola Tillyaeva (Till)Lola Tillyaeva (Till) is a Philanthropist, Wellbeing Activist, Entrepreneur and Author. Together with her husband Timur Tillyaev, she set up the You Are Not Alone Foundation in 2002 to provide well-equipped and caring homes to orphaned children.

Devoted to children’s wellbeing, Lola and Timur over the years expanded the foundation’s activities from renovating orphanages to providing medical support, quality education and life guidance into adulthood.

In 2014, Lola also set up and supported the National Centre for the Social Adaptation of Children (NCSAC), a charitable organization that provides medical and educational assistance to children with disabilities.

Originally from Uzbekistan, Lola is devoted to supporting children in Uzbekistan to receive opportunities in life that will not only fulfil their needs but also help them achieve their full potential. In that regard, Lola extended her charitable work in 2017 to provide university scholarships to young Uzbeks so that they can pursue their studies at leading European universities and bring back much-needed expertise to Uzbekistan, contributing to the country’s long-term growth.

Passionate about Uzbekistan’s rich culture, Lola is promoting Uzbek culture abroad. Lola Tillyaeva and Timur Tillyaev produced the documentary film “Ulugh Beg – The Man Who Unlocked the Universe” which was widely recognized and received many outstanding reviews. Lola also authored the educational colouring book “Uzbekistan: An Experience of Cultural Treasures of Colour” and created the Maison de l’Ouzbékistan, a portal in the heart of Paris introducing Uzbekistan’s cultural heritage.

Lola Tillyaeva received a Bachelor and Master degree in international law from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, in 2001, and a doctorate degree in Psychology from Tashkent State University in 2005. From 2008 to 2018, Lola served as Uzbekistan’s ambassador to the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO).

An inspiring voice within the wellness and beauty space, Lola Tillyaeva (Till) is the Founder and Owner of The Harmonist, a Maison de Parfums established in 2016. Lola empowers people to greater wellbeing and published her widely appraised self-care guide “Be Your Own Harmonist: Awakening Your Inner Wisdom for Physical, Mental and Emotional Well-being” in September 2020.

Lola’s work is acknowledged with many awards including the Fashion for Development’s Leading Lady Award, The Best Award for her philanthropic activities, the Global Gift Humanitarian Award at Cannes, the Grand Prix of the Charter of Paris Against Cancer and Lola was made a Dame of the Royal Order of Francis I for her contribution to humanitarian and charitable initiatives, as well as promoting interfaith dialogue.
